4.1. Reflection on the institution

Rusa Satria Wisata has done good enough strategy to revive in running tours and travel business in hard situation as the monetary crisis had ruined the business so badly, the partnership management is the best answer.



It is very useful apprenticeship with Rusa Satria wisata especially in sales force, the writer had done training as past of a sales and tours team, it gave a lot of opportunity to the writer to understand the business, by selling and organizing the tours product.

4.2. Reflection on the program

Examination

The apprenticeship is a program set to make student familiarized with the real field, that they are expected to be ready for job, on the apprenticeship taken by the writer at rusa Satria Wisata is quite good to implement the knowledge gained from class combined by experience on the field to provide a new skill for the writer.

Evaluation

From a whole job that the writer had gone through on This apprenticeship are mainly about sales and organizing, these two are essential aspects in business and management.

Due to the statement the writer got the best values from this apprenticeship firstly knowledge of management and business skill.

Justification

The writer obviously justify the apprenticeship at rusa Satria Wisata as part of a sales and tours team is precious to obtain the development of knowledge from the class to knowledge of management from the real business that provide a new skill to run business as the basic to be an entrepreneur.

4.3. Reflection on the significance of the curriculum based courses on the program

Significance of the apprenticeship is highly important that it gives an opportunity for students to familiarize with a job, however as the program is a business English The writer thinks if the apprenticeship by working in a company as a trainee will not surely make students have entrepreneur mentality just like what they are expected to be after graduating. So the writer thinks this kind of apprenticeship is not very effective way to create a new businessman. It will be more useful if the apprenticeship turns to business practice by doing any small business as the beginning. The business practice will set the English business student have entrepreneur mentality
