CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

5.1. Conclusion

The implementation of partnership management in Rusa Satria Wisata tours and travel agency is clear job division between the physical owner and management setter Itravel management.



The owner has a specific job description which is generally advice supervising and Itravel has a specific job description which is globally setting management covers the operational plans systematically, creating the best structure of organization with the appropriate job description, installing the leadership concept in understanding way of those are chosen as the supervisors, inventing the tight controlling system and always evaluating to improve it in adapting the changes.


5.2. Suggestion
• Suggestion for Rusa Satria Wisata

This kind of management must be implemented by those sides involved wisely, there cannot be over lap one to another in order to keep the management is clearly and professionally implemented.

If the over lap happens the critical miss communication will be messing up as everything seems confusing, example the staff have two opposite order for one job, because the advisor try to make a policy in directing the operational. This kind of situation must be really prevented by the lawful agreement between two sides about job division among them, clearly and legally written on the legal agreement.

As explained on the earlier paragraph, preventing over lap besides using the legal and lawful agreement containing the job division among the involved team ; the physical owner of Rusa Satria Wisata and Itravel, there must be also frequent evaluation meeting between two sides to maintain the fruitful and harmony communication.

The reason why the writer thinks this is necessary that the sales and tour coordinator and operation manager from Itravel must be educated well enough about the global policy of the management that they are finally able of representing the main Itravel team especially to bring the main idea of the set management in routine evaluation meeting with the owner of Rusa Satria Wisata.

• Suggestion for the State University of Surabaya

As the business English has apprenticeship program in curriculum in my opinion the apprentice suppose to be a practice to run any business not working as a trainee in a company, because after graduating from business English the student expected to be an entrepreneur not an employee.

However the apprenticeship we have now is a kind of training to be an employee, so I initiate to take the apprenticeship that allows me to understand the key of business that is the management, therefore I chose management as the statement of my thesis’s problems.

So once again I look forward to seeing the state university of Surabaya will change the pattern of apprenticeship from training to be an employee to practice to run any business that stimulate student to be an entrepreneur.
